What did you do before Skåne Startups?

My academic background in communication studies led me to become a professional Government Relations Executive for a business consultant company in Indonesia. However, I always have had a passion for digital marketing and analytics.

Thus, during my master's studies of Strategic Communication at Lund University, I expanded my knowledge and experience in the digital marketing field through an internship at a start-up in Copenhagen as well as taking courses online. While I was taking that short course, I found an opportunity to implement that knowledge in Skåne Startups, where I joined the team to help build the digital presence.

What was your role at Skåne Startups?

My experience was short yet sweet. I was mainly helping the team maintain its online presence on different social media platforms. I planned the overall marketing and communication strategy, including scheduling social media posts. I was also responsible for the website and social media analysis to understand what can we improve.

What did you enjoy the most in Skåne Startups?

Skåne Startups gave me a space to learn, connect with the right people, and take initiative. Above everything, I valued the friendship that we have created. It was always a fun time to work together with the team. Also, all of the team members were very inspiring.

Tell us about your current work?

I am currently working in the field of digital marketing and analytics. I work on several paid marketing channels, where I am responsible for strategically planning, executing, and evaluating. I do a lot of data analysis to understand the performance and spot improvement opportunities.

What is advice for talents in the tech community?

I think it is important to always be curious and keep updated on new information. Also, expand your network and connect with the right people that share similar interests.

Something you are unreasonably passionate about?

In terms of my professional career, it is obvious that I am passionate about numbers and online marketing. Other than that, I am also very interested in cuisines. I love trying different kinds of foods, especially savoury foods. Also, I love dogs (and cats, but mostly dogs).
